I am currently realizing that German keyboards are different than American ones, so excuse me if I make a few typos. Anyway, I have been tasked with informing you of the exchange's awesome day in Europa-Park (the largest theme park in Germany), so here goes nothing!
The beginning of my day went like this: I woke up at 6:30, left the house at 7:20, boarded our luxurious bus, and promptly fell back asleep for the two hour drive to the park.

Upon arriving in the park, we were given our tickets and set free to roam. Each section of the park corresponds to a different country of Europe (hence the name), so it was awesome and hilarious to wander and experience the architecture of both Greece and Russia within 10 minutes. Having no problem with rollercoasters, my group promptly entered the enormous line for Silver Star in "France." This was my personal favorite of the day due to its constant adrenaline-fueling nosedives.

After about 4 hours of waiting for coasters in brutal 90 degree heat, my group came across a water balloon arena and bought four buckets of balloons. We chased each other around and flung balloons from the arena's towers until we ran out. Then, we waited for more people to come so we could catch their balloons and throw them at each other. It was the highlight of my day, although the bus ride afterwards did little to dry me off.

After Europapark, I went home for dinner and then met up with a few other students at Paula's pool in Dangstatten for some swimming and lounging. A wonderful end to a tiring day. Anyway, here are two pictures from the day that I haven't included because I couldn't figure out where to put them but I think they're cute. Thanks for reading!
